Enter The Sickness
I was supposed to do legs today, but got really sick. I didn't go to the doctor, so I'm not sure what exactly I had, but my symptoms indicated that I shouldn't work out until I was healthy, which was Wednesday the 12th. It was brutal taking so much time off, but it's better than dragging out an illness or risking my health.Not sure when it's okay to workout sick?
